National Bank’s Mobile Top allows you to top up your LIME or Digicel handset directly from your device or via any of our 22 ATMs throughout the Federation. This service is quick, easy, and perfect for emergency situations.

How to Use Mobile Top Up

Top up at any National Bank ATM with your National Bank debit card or a valid credit card
You are not required to have a National Bank account to top up at the ATM
You must register and have an account at National to top up via your mobile handset
Enter 1869 + your mobile number when topping up at the ATM and follow the onscreen instructions
Top up via your handset:

LIME Customers – Send message RC 10 XXXX to 122. ’10’ is the amount you wish to top up and XXXX is your pin.
Digicel Customers – Send message RC 10 XXXX to 6685. ’10’ is the amount you wish to top up and XXXX is your pin.

If your top up is successful, you will recieve a confirmation message from your service provider
You will not be charged for text messages sent to top up your phone
You cannot top up using the short codes while overseas
You can top up others from your handset once you have registered for the top up via handset feature (call 465-2204 ext. 1111 to activate)
